Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models using advanced AI techniques, LLMs, and Agentic AI for compliance and risk management.
• Conduct research to improve model performance and explore innovative AI approaches for the risk domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop data-driven solutions, and implement models in production systems.
• Translate complex technical insights into clear, actionable outcomes for business and non-technical stakeholders.
• Build and maintain frameworks and tools for model training, evaluation, optimization, and monitoring.
• Analyze data to evaluate model accuracy and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, applying next-generation AI/ML techniques to enhance compliance efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field from a top-tier university.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions, including exposure to LLMs and Agentic AI.
• Strong programming experience in Python, with proficiency in frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Deep knowledge of transformers, neural networks, and language modeling.
• Hands-on experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and scalable ML workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in risk modeling, anomaly detection, or compliance analytics.
• Background in AI research or applied ML innovation within financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and operational risk frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead data science teams and drive adoption of new AI methodologies.
