• Lead large-scale cloud adoption, migration, modernization, and transformation programs for enterprise clients.
• Manage multi-cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), along with hybrid cloud strategies.
• Drive the adoption of DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and cloud-native development practices.
• Architect cloud solutions with a strong focus on security frameworks, automation strategies, and infrastructure optimization.
• Manage program budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure efficient cloud expenditure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile, Scrum, and SAFe environment to deliver high-quality outcomes.

🎯 Essential Skills & Expertise

• 15+ years of experience in IT program/project management, with a minimum of 5 years managing cloud adoption and modernization programs.
• Strong expertise in multi-cloud environments: AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and cloud-native development methodologies.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture patterns, security frameworks, and automation strategies.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale IT transformations successfully.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, risk management, and communication skills.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cloud cost optimization.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.

🎓 Educational Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE/B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Preferred Certifications (at least one):
  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner
  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or Agile Scrum Master
  • AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud Practitioner (preferred, not mandatory)
