Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage resource requirements across projects for clients such as BPCL
- Track and publish consumption of quantities in each contract section
- Ensure timely submission and approval of timesheets
- Map resources accurately to relevant contract sections
- Publish leave calendars, rosters, and weekend schedules
- Maintain documentation and support process standardization
- Facilitate automation and workflow improvements within project management processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency
