Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and NLP-based solutions.
- Build chatbots and conversational AI agents using LLMs, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- Apply advanced Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Data Science techniques for impactful business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to deliver scalable AI models and algorithms.
- Provide technical leadership in Generative AI, NLP, and data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation for AI deployments.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and integrating new AI frameworks and technologies.
- Deploy AI applications on cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS) with production-ready reliability.
- Lead AI transformation initiatives with strong communication, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Deep knowledge of Generative AI, Transformer architectures, CNNs, GANs, and LLMs.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Practical understanding of Flask, Django, FastAPI for application deployment.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI solutions (GCP, Azure, AWS).
- Proven success in delivering AI/ML projects that create measurable business impact.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields.
- 6+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
- Prior experience in consulting or enterprise-level AI project delivery preferred.
