Key Responsibilities
As a Manager – AI/ML & Generative AI, you will:
- Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects, including data collection, preprocessing, modeling, and deployment.
- Develop machine learning models using Python, R, or SAS for predictive analytics, forecasting, clustering, and classification.
- Design and implement Generative AI solutions for client-specific business challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, methodology, and deliverables.
- Provide high-level consulting to business heads, translating complex data insights into actionable strategies.
- Mentor junior team members, conduct on-the-job training, and enhance team capabilities.
- Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards while adhering to SOPs.
- Evaluate and integrate advanced analytics techniques to maximize value for clients.
- Apply cloud-based analytics platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) and work with databases using SQL.
- Deliver insights in business intelligence, marketing mix models, pricing optimization, demand forecasting, customer segmentation, and recommendation systems.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of AI, ML, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Python, R, or SAS platforms.
- Expertise in cloud analytics platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Ability to manage projects, stakeholders, and client relationships effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
- Familiarity with SQL and data management best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate from Tier-I/II colleges in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Experience: 5–11 years in Data Science, AI/ML, and advanced analytics.
- Technical Expertise: Time series forecasting, regression/classification modeling, clustering, predictive analytics, and generative AI solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Exposure to BFSI, Retail, Telecom, Manufacturing, Automotive, FMCG, Healthcare, or Pharma sectors.
