Key Responsibilities
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows 2003, 2008, and 2012 Operating Systems.
- Provide on-call escalation support and perform root cause analysis for system issues.
- Support HP Blade and Rack servers, including RAID configuration, iLO, and network teaming.
- Manage incident, change, and problem management processes within SLAs.
- Ensure positive customer experience through first-call resolution and minimal reopened cases.
- Update and maintain the knowledge base for technical processes and solutions.
- Train and coach junior analysts and support team members.
- Adhere to quality standards, compliance, and company policies.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows server administration (2003/2008/2012).
- Hardware expertise with HP Blade and Rack servers.
- Basic understanding of VMware virtualization.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Failover Clustering.
- Familiarity with RAID configurations, HP iLO, and network teaming.
- Experience with Incident, Change, and Problem Management frameworks.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Tech degree or equivalent in Computer Science/IT.
- 2.5–5 years of hands-on experience in Windows OS administration.
- ITIL knowledge for managing incidents and change requests.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced IT environment.
