Key Responsibilities
- Lead structural design and analysis for steel, RCC, and PT structures, ensuring safe and efficient solutions.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team of Senior Engineers, Engineers, CAD, and Revit technicians, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Oversee checking of design outputs and coordinate interfaces between other engineering disciplines.
- Develop, review, and finalize structural designs in line with project programs and quality standards.
- Guide the team in bids and proposals, including estimating man-hours, fees, and resource allocation.
- Implement dashboard presentations and reports, leveraging Power BI for project tracking and management.
- Ensure compliance with international design standards, codes, and high-rise dynamic analysis methodologies.
- Promote adoption of BIM and Revit Structure across project teams to optimize design workflows and coordination.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential
- Postgraduate degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- 15+ years’ experience in international structural design projects for buildings.
- Expertise in RCC, PT, and steel structures, including dynamic analysis of high-rise buildings.
- Proficiency with structural software: Etabs, SAFE, Ram Concept, Robot, STAAD, RAPT.
- Strong experience in team management and project delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
- Familiarity with dashboard reporting tools, preferably Power BI.
- Knowledge of international design codes and standards.
Desirable
- Experience in BIM and Revit Structure.
- Hands-on experience in complex structural framing systems.
- Expertise in preparing technical proposals and bid documentation.
- Ability to lead teams on high-profile, international building projects.
