Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy data processing pipelines for production workloads.
- Develop and maintain logical and physical data models to support DataLake applications.
- Customize and configure tools to generate data products according to business or customer requirements.
- Utilize SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage, processing, and analytics.
- Conduct reviews to ensure enterprise data protection and governance.
- Collaborate with teams to foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect.
- Analyze statistical data and determine the best tools and methods for data-driven insights.
- Deliver high-quality outputs on time and within scope, ensuring attention to detail in all work products.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of applied experience in data engineering with formal training or certification.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end data pipeline processing.
- Expertise in Databricks, AWS, and Spark.
- Programming experience in Python or Java.
- Advanced SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, and working knowledge of NoSQL databases.
- Experience with data modeling: creating LDMs and PDMs for data lake applications.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience delivering data solutions in cloud environments.
