Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Workday platform enhancements.
- Design, develop, and deploy Workday Studio integrations for seamless data import/export and system-to-system communication.
- Build and maintain Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) solutions to automate data migration and integration processes.
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot Workday Studio and EIB configurations to ensure optimal system performance.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within Workday integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday platform upgrades and best practices, recommending improvements to maximize system efficiency.
- Document technical solutions and support knowledge sharing within the team to enhance project delivery standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Workday Studio development and customization for enterprise integrations.
- Strong proficiency with Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) tools for data migration and integration.
- Solid understanding of Workday technical architecture and integration frameworks.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Preferred certifications: Workday Studio Certification, Workday Integration Cloud Certification.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams is a plus.
