Key Responsibilities
- Conduct operational, financial, process, and systems audits to review organizational activities, systems, and controls.
- Identify accounting and auditing issues, discuss with audit in-charge, and resolve them effectively.
- Perform substantive testing in line with the audit plan and document all work accurately.
- Identify opportunities to improve control systems and procedures.
- Prepare and present audit reports, highlighting key recommendations to management.
- Maintain statutory books of accounts, perform reconciliations, and assist in finalizing accounts.
- Support senior team members in reviewing financial statements and preparing audit deliverables, including management representation letters.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- BE/B.Tech, M.Sc. in Computer Science/Statistics, or MCA from a recognized institute.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in auditing and assurance.
- Strong knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
- Experience in handling statutory audit assignments.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and work under ambiguity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, clarity of thought, and assertiveness.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
