Key Responsibilities
- Conduct application security testing using SAST, DAST, and SCA tools.
- Implement and enforce secure coding practices for enterprise applications.
- Perform threat modeling sessions to proactively identify and mitigate security risks.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure vulnerabilities are identified and addressed early.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for applications.
- Maintain expertise in industry security standards and frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech in any stream, M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), or MCA.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in application security testing.
- Strong understanding of secure coding standards (e.g., OWASP Top Ten).
- Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, and SCA tools.
- Ability to perform threat modeling and risk mitigation.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Proficiency with security tools like Burp Suite, Nessus, or Fortify.
- Experience in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level DevSecOps practices.
- Knowledge of Agile software development and secure SDLC practices.
