Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key resource on client engagements from planning through implementation.
- Demonstrate technical competence in tax advisory services and provide practical solutions to complex client challenges.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and functional skills relevant to taxation and compliance.
- Support transaction tax advisory, including M&A, SEBI, FEMA, and stamp duty regulations.
- Identify and flag potential follow-on engagement opportunities for clients.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional client teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or MBA.
- 2–3 years post-qualification experience in M&A taxation, transaction tax, or related laws.
- Knowledge of SEBI, FEMA, and stamp duty laws.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, managing multiple client priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting global mobility taxation and cross-border tax matters.
- Practical understanding of tax compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to deliver actionable insights and practical solutions under tight deadlines.
