- Perform Application Security Testing using SAST, DAST, and SCA tools to identify vulnerabilities in applications.
- Lead Threat Modeling sessions to proactively identify and mitigate security risks.
- Implement and enforce Secure Coding Practices aligned with OWASP Top Ten standards.
- Conduct Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing to strengthen application defenses.
- Collaborate with development teams to review code and ensure compliance with security best practices.
- Strategize and plan the implementation of security testing frameworks and tools.
- Provide actionable recommendations to enhance software security posture.
💡 Required Skills & Expertise
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech), M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), or MCA.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Application Security.
- Proficient in Static and Dynamic Application Security Testing (SAST/DAST/SCA).
- Strong knowledge of Secure Coding Standards (OWASP Top Ten).
- Experience in Threat Modeling and Vulnerability Assessment.
- Hands-on experience with security tools: Burp Suite, Nessus, Fortify.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
