🧠 Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Anchor at Ford, you will:
- Design and implement advanced Conversational AI solutions (multi-turn dialogues, intents, entities, context management)
- Develop and deploy software across web, mobile web, and digital platforms
- Architect solutions using React, GraphQL, AEM, Salesforce, Spring Boot
- Lead AI integrations using tools like Dialogflow, LLMs, TTS, and STT
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers on cross-functional agile teams
- Implement DevOps best practices (CI/CD, monitoring with Splunk, Dynatrace)
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, demos)
- Provide application support and oversee system migrations
- Champion engineering excellence via TDD, Pair Programming, XP, and Cloud-Native Dev
🔧 Required Skills & Tools
- Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, and React
- Front-end: React, GraphQL, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Backend: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices, REST/SOAP APIs
- AI/NLP: Dialogflow, LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude), TensorFlow, spaCy
- DevOps: Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, Gradle, CI/CD pipelines
- Testing: TDD, JUnit, Selenium, Unit & Load Testing
- Monitoring: Splunk, Dynatrace
- Cloud: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) preferred; AWS/Azure acceptable
- Conversational AI platforms: Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, Rasa
🎓 Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (B.E., B.Tech, MCA)
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on software development experience
- 4+ years with Spring ecosystem & microservices architecture
- 3+ years of front-end framework experience (React, Angular, AEM)
- 2+ years of cloud-native development (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and chatbot frameworks
- Strong understanding of Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and voice bot deployment
- Conversational AI certifications or Google Cloud AI certifications are a plus
- Experience in customer support automation is a strong advantage
