Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify AI/ML use cases.
- Design, develop, and productionize end-to-end AI/ML solutions to address impactful business needs.
- Perform data wrangling, data analysis, and modeling, including model selection, evaluation, and optimization.
- Conduct research and development of innovative AI/ML solutions aligned with business objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analysis, or Operations Research.
- 5+ years of applied experience in AI/ML, data science, or analytics.
- Hands-on experience in supervised, unsupervised, and semi-supervised machine learning techniques.
- Strong expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and related applications.
- Proficient in Python coding and libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
- Experience with big data platforms such as Spark, Hive, or SQL.
- Ability to translate business problems into AI/ML solutions with measurable impact.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Practical experience in applying large language models (LLMs) to solve business challenges.
- Background in financial services and familiarity with related datasets.
- PhD in a relevant analytical or computational field.
- Experience in end-to-end deployment of AI/ML models in production environments.
