Key Responsibilities
As a SAP Signavio Manager at EY, you will:
- Lead implementation and configuration of SAP Signavio modules:
- Process Manager
- Workflow Accelerator
- Process Intelligence
- Collaboration Hub
- Document current and future state business processes using Signavio tools.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for effective adoption.
- Analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities and deliver actionable insights.
- Integrate Signavio with enterprise systems for seamless process management.
- Ensure governance compliance and maintain process documentation.
Required Experience
- 3–7 years of hands-on SAP Signavio or equivalent BPM tool experience.
- Successfully led at least 3 end-to-end implementations.
- Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and process modeling.
- Experience in client-facing consulting/delivery roles.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in enterprise architecture and business process analysis.
- Familiarity with compliance, audit, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Effective at mentoring team members and leading client discussions.
Educational Qualifications
- Graduate degree from a reputed institution.
- Preferred certifications in:
- Business Process Management (BPM)
- Lean Six Sigma or equivalent methodologies
- Valid passport and willingness to travel for domestic/international client work.
