Key Responsibilities
👥 End-to-End BPO Recruitment
- Manage and execute the full recruitment cycle: assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Handle recruitment across domestic and international BPO processes
📈 Hiring Strategy & Execution
- Build and lead recruitment strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets
- Leverage sourcing channels: job portals, social media, FOC consultants, campus drives, NGOs, and government programs
- Maintain and utilize a comprehensive Job Description (JD) bank
🧩 Candidate Engagement & Retention
- Improve TAT, joining ratios, and minimize pre-joining attrition
- Build and maintain a robust candidate database and tracker system
📊 Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and manage weekly/monthly hiring reports and dashboards
- Ensure documentation compliance, quality control, and recruitment standardization
🤝 Vendor & Partner Relationship
- Manage relationships with third-party staffing agencies, training institutes, and recruitment partners to support hiring needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Must-Have Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in BPO recruitment across India
- Proven expertise in bulk hiring, walk-ins, and campus hiring
- Strong sourcing capabilities across job portals, LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
🌟 Preferred
- Strong network with FOC consultants, NGOs, training institutes, and colleges
- Solid understanding of ATS systems, sourcing techniques, and recruitment analytics
- Deadline-oriented with excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
