✅ Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

• Manage full-cycle HR operations: Hire to Retire process.
• Handle issuance of employment-related and miscellaneous letters throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Support smooth onboarding of new hires and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Exit Management Process

• Manage day-to-day exit clearance activities for resigning employees.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure smooth completion of exit formalities.
• Work closely with technical teams to improve exit processes leveraging AI and automation solutions.

Subcontracting & Vendor Onboarding

• Consolidate inputs and assist in onboarding vendors and subcontractors in collaboration with internal departments.
• Govern the vendor empanelment process to ensure screened and compliant resources are onboarded.
• Monitor subcontractor performance in alignment with compliance and mandatory training requirements.

🎯 Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit.
• Experience working with HRMS, Payroll tools, and process automation platforms.
• Good knowledge of vendor management, compliance, and subcontractor governance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proactive approach toward process improvements using AI and technical solutions.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
