Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Network Modeling Advisor at ExxonMobil, you will:

• Act as an internal consultant to optimize global and regional supply chains.
• Develop, run, and maintain advanced supply chain models using optimization, simulation, and statistical learning techniques.
• Gather, validate, and manage data from multiple sources including SAP, databases, and SMEs.
• Analyze supply chain scenarios and recommend efficiencies across logistics, distribution, and material handling systems.
• Build visualizations, dashboards, and tools to present model outputs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recommendations and capture value.
• Stay updated on the latest supply chain modeling tools and industry trends.

Skills and Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics, logistics, or manufacturing industries.
• Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, R, Excel VBA, SAP ECC, and BW.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage large data sets.
• Experience with supply chain network design optimization and scenario modeling.

Preferred:

• Experience with advanced optimization/simulation tools such as Llamasoft/Coupa Supply Chain Guru, BlueYonder, AnyLogistix, AIMMS SC Navigator, Simio, Stella, Arena, or AnyLogic.
• Strong data visualization skills and ability to translate complex data into business insights.
• Ability to manage projects independently, engage SMEs, and communicate results effectively.
• Curious, adaptable mindset with eagerness to learn and share knowledge.
