About the Role
As a Supply Chain Pursuits & GTM Manager, you will support EY’s GDS supply chain FOP team in identifying business opportunities, developing tailored solutions, and delivering proposals that add value to EY member firms. Your focus will be on driving innovation, using analytics, and creating high-quality client presentations and RFP responses.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with partner organizations and SCO functional teams to understand requirements and design custom supply chain solutions.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential project opportunities.
- Leverage PowerBI and advanced analytics tools to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Automate data reporting processes to streamline operations and improve decision-making.
- Develop and deliver RFP responses, proposals, and presentations highlighting EY’s value proposition.
- Drive innovation and creative ideation to address client supply chain challenges.
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring timely delivery and accountability.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in supply chain management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in supply chain consulting, presales, or RFP management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, analytics, and operational best practices.
- Proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, Power Automate, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience in RFP creation, proposal development, and GTM strategies.
- Strong problem-solving, creative thinking, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
