Key Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Developer, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and deploying robust Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Collaborating with product managers and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
- Implementing Service Cloud functionalities to enhance customer experience
- Participating in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning and reviews
- Conducting peer code reviews and enforcing best practices in Salesforce development
- Debugging and resolving application issues promptly
- Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for all development work
- Staying current with Salesforce innovations and integrating new features
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you must bring:
- Strong command of Salesforce Apex Programming
- Experience with Salesforce data model, architecture, and development tools
- Proficiency in working with REST and SOAP APIs
- Familiarity with version control systems (preferably Git)
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred Qualifications
Enhance your profile with:
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Components and Visualforce
- Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models
- Additional knowledge in Java, JavaScript, or other programming languages
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
- Agile certifications or hands-on experience in Agile environments

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline
