Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive value and volume targets for waterproofing, flooring, and repair solutions.
- Collaborate with the Project Sales team to identify potential project sites for Smart Care products.
- Understand customer requirements, analyze BOQs, and identify existing or latent needs.
- Pitch products and services tailored to customer requirements.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of Techno-Commercial Officers to achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with Technical Function (TF) and Brands Team to provide customized solutions.
- Organize training sessions for contractors, sales officers, and end customers on new or existing products.
Market Intelligence & Customer Engagement
- Monitor competitor offerings, market trends, and practices; provide insights to management.
- Generate referrals from existing customers, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Interact with retail, APHS, and AID teams for lead sharing, dealer information, and complaint resolution.
Required Skills
- Strong project sales and business development skills in construction chemicals.
- Expertise in waterproofing, flooring, and repair solutions.
- Ability to analyze BOQs and offer customized solutions.
- Excellent team management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- BE in Civil Engineering (Mandatory), MBA (Optional).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction chemicals supply side.
- Proven experience in project sales, customer engagement, and team leadership.
