Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production optimization strategies to maximize hydrocarbon recovery and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Collaborate with reservoir, drilling, and production engineering teams to develop integrated field development plans.
- Conduct well performance evaluations, production forecasting, and troubleshooting.
- Lead initiatives on artificial lift systems, flow assurance, and surface facility optimization.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and field personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and environmental standards during all optimization activities.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
