Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and accurately to a wide range of HR inquiries within the HR Service Center using Spanish and English.
- Use HR databases, policy manuals, and documented procedures to resolve employee and stakeholder questions via phone, voicemail, and email.
- Process moderate to complex personnel actions in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Escalate complex HR issues to specialized resources when necessary.
- Track all customer contacts and follow up to guarantee satisfactory resolution.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR administration-related questions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing current HR delivery processes and suggesting enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to provide functional and project support.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish (B2/C1 level) and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a customer service environment.
- Hands-on experience with HR Shared Services, SAP, and Employee Central is highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective collaboration skills with team members and stakeholders.
- Willingness to work night shifts (6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST).
