Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Identify and attract high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
- Candidate Engagement: Ensure timely communication, feedback, and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Career Advocacy: Educate candidates on career growth, benefits, compensation philosophy, and the advantages of joining JPMorgan Chase.
- Compensation Alignment: Conduct discussions on compensation expectations with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate successful offer closures.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Support DEI goals by targeting diverse talent pools and owning sourcer roles within the Accountability Matrix.
- Market Insights & Research: Provide meaningful labor market data, competitor intelligence, and talent trends to recruiting teams.
- Collaboration & Guidance: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide best practices for sourcing processes.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report key sourcing metrics including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and channel effectiveness.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance sourcing strategies and processes using data-driven insights and applicant tracking systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably in financial services, corporate environments, or recruiting agencies.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and various sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and tools for candidate identification.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter Certification).
- Experience with Boolean search techniques and advanced candidate sourcing strategies.
- Familiarity with labor market trends, competitor intelligence, and talent mapping.
