Key Responsibilities
- Procure goods and services efficiently, following IBM and client procurement processes.
- Review requisitions and determine sourcing strategies using provided Master Files.
- Negotiate cost savings, terms, and supplier contracts for non-contracted sources.
- Onboard and manage suppliers, ensuring accurate documentation and audit readiness.
- Confirm prices, delivery schedules, and purchase order receipts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to resolve supplier and payment issues.
- Utilize ERP tools and reporting (MS Excel) to maintain account-specific reports and trackers.
- Ensure compliance with contracting, procurement policies, and client requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years in procurement, sourcing, or enterprise operations.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with ERP tools supporting procurement.
- Professional Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Contracting Knowledge: Ability to understand and interpret supplier contracts.
- Client-Facing Experience: Experience working with global organizations and multi-stakeholder teams.
