Responsibilities
- Lead SAP FICO solution architecture, implementation, and integration projects.
- Act as the SAP FICO solution champion and trusted advisor to CFOs and key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand SAP finance services and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and talent management to promote SAP offerings and enhance team capabilities.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP Finance modules (FI, CO), SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and emerging SAP technologies such as SAP Business AI.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards in SAP project delivery.
- Stay current with SAP innovations, industry trends, and best practices to deliver thought leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO consultant, including SAP implementation, support, and integration.
- Strong expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling modules: FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), product costing, cost object controlling, profitability analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Public Cloud, and SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Proven track record of architecting scalable SAP FICO solutions aligned with business goals.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or ICWA certified professionals only.
