Key Responsibilities
As a Software Development Lead, you will:
- Lead the development, configuration, and integration of software solutions using Siemens Teamcenter.
- Oversee end-to-end software development and lifecycle support across global delivery teams.
- Work with clients to define project goals, provide expert guidance, and deliver robust solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure development best practices across all team levels.
- Facilitate technical workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather and document requirements.

- Familiarity with Siemens Opcenter, Capital, Tecnomatix
- Hands-on experience with software configuration management tools
- Knowledge of PLM methodologies and best practices
Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
- At least 12–14 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Siemens Teamcenter and related tools
