Key Responsibilities
- Install and retrieve Artificial Lift (AL) systems on well sites under general supervision.
- Perform routine inspections, cable testing, and basic troubleshooting of AL equipment.
- Provide field-level support and technical guidance to clients on AL system operations.
- Analyze well production data to identify and repair performance issues in lift systems.
- Maintain service trucks and ensure mechanical readiness for daily field deployments.
- Document service reports, mileage, IFTA forms, and billable/non-billable hours.
- Mentor and train junior field technicians on basic AL operations and safety compliance.
- Promote and maintain Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance on-site.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in artificial lift operations.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions and complete documentation.
- Solid foundation in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Proven commitment to field safety and regulatory compliance.
