Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced technical support for automation tools including Jenkins, PowerShell, and Python.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for complex technical and security incidents.
- Automate system processes and enhance operational efficiency using PowerShell scripting and Jenkins pipelines.
- Manage and update the knowledge base by documenting solutions, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve tickets within SLAs, ensuring seamless operations and secure systems.
- Mentor junior team members by providing technical coaching and hands-on training in automation and DevOps practices.
- Drive customer satisfaction (CSAT) through first-call resolution, proactive incident prevention, and effective stakeholder communication.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Jenkins for CI/CD and automation workflows.
- Strong PowerShell scripting expertise for task automation and system administration.
- Solid knowledge of Python and Ansible for process automation and configuration management.
- Familiarity with incident management, problem management, and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) techniques.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve high-impact issues quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications (optional but highly valuable):
- Jenkins Certified Engineer (CJE)
- Microsoft Certified: PowerShell Fundamentals
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation
- Experience in cloud automation and hybrid cloud environments.
- Knowledge of client lifecycle management and reporting analytics tools.
