Skills & Qualifications
Required

- Experience: 8+ years in software development with a strong background in designing and deploying large-scale AI systems.
- Programming: Expertise in Python, C++, or similar languages, with experience in large-scale data processing and distributed computing.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred
- Speech & Audio Processing: Experience with multilingual model development, voice agents, and speech/audio technologies.
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with Azure, cloud-based AI platforms, and enterprise-scale deployment.
