Key Responsibilities

Software Development & Collaboration

• Partner with cross-functional teams and management to deliver innovative software solutions.
• Lead all phases of software development: planning, requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Analyze and understand complex business requirements to design scalable desktop and cloud-based applications.
• Develop and enhance proprietary modules using Microsoft technologies (.NET, WPF, Web API).
• Implement modern authentication and authorization features to improve application security.
• Conduct unit, integration, and automation testing to ensure high-quality code.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with Product Owners and technical experts.
• Monitor application and system health using CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot production issues.
• Produce clear technical documentation and promote coding best practices.
• Innovate to improve product features and software development processes continuously.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, with a GPA of 7+.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in software development using Microsoft technology stack:
  • C#, .NET Framework/Core, WPF, WCF/Web API
  • MS-SQL Server, Entity Framework
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Strong experience in RESTful API design and development.
• Skilled in UI frameworks like WPF, with knowledge of MVVM pattern.
• Proven expertise in Agile development and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in upstream oil and gas or energy sector software development.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks: Angular, ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5.
• Knowledge of security best practices and modern authentication methods.
