Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet IT and business requirements.
- Work across multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, GRC, SECOPS, CSM, and ITBM.
- Lead full-cycle ServiceNow implementations, following best practices in development and integration.
- Integrate ServiceNow with SaaS platforms, external applications, and global IT systems using REST APIs and web services.
- Create technical design documents and unit test cases to ensure solution quality.
- Perform ServiceNow upgrades and provide ongoing technical support.
- Collaborate with global ServiceNow teams to implement solutions across multiple client locations.
- Mentor and support junior developers in system integration and module development.
- Maintain strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills while managing tight timelines.
Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in ServiceNow development and implementation across multiple modules.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, REST API integration, JSON, XML, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, GRC, SECOPS, CSM, and ITBM processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global consulting environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle dynamic workloads and tight deadlines effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities for complex IT solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 full-cycle ServiceNow implementations experience.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integration and module development.
- Knowledge of global IT operations and cross-system integration is preferred.
