Responsibilities
- Lead SAP PS (Project Systems) implementation and support projects in Pune and client locations.
- Analyze client project management requirements and map them to SAP PS functionalities.
- Configure SAP PS modules including Project Planning, Cost Management, Scheduling, and Resource Allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (FI, CO, MM) to ensure seamless integration of project systems.
- Identify process gaps, provide solutions, and optimize project workflows.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance on SAP PS best practices.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by implementing integrated enterprise solutions.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP PS module implementation and configuration.
- Expertise in project management, cost planning, scheduling, and resource management within SAP.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into SAP solutions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and manage client expectations.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA PS migration is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field (B.E./B.Tech).
- Proven experience as an SAP PS consultant on large-scale implementation projects.
- Familiarity with business process consulting and client engagement is desirable.
