Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and build for Forecast-to-Schedule / ISCP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) in global templates.
- Collaborate with Global Process Leads and SMEs to implement and deploy the Global Production Planning / PPDS template.
- Educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification, and standardization capabilities.
- Implement end-to-end Global IBP / Global ERP solutions leveraging PAM methodology.
- Work closely with onshore and offshore scrum teams to maintain a prioritized backlog.
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
- Identify, monitor, and implement key process improvements with the scrum team.
Skills & Competencies
- In-depth expertise in SAP PPDS, including heuristics, optimizer, and interactive scheduling boards.
- Hands-on experience with constrained-based planning, CIF integration, and alternative resource determination.
- Ability to determine optimal lot sizes for production and procurement using PPDS.
- Knowledge of industry-specific SAP solutions like block planning, resource networks, and advanced scheduling.
- Experience with on-premises and FIORI functionalities.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor’s, or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Full-time education: BE/BTech/MBA/MCA.
- SAP Certification preferred.
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant SAP PPDS experience with at least 1-2 full implementations.
