📋 Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Group Reporting (GR) and SAC Planning projects across client engagements in Gurgaon and other regions.
- Implement, configure, and optimize SAP GR modules to streamline financial consolidation, reporting, and compliance.
- Design and develop SAC planning models, dashboards, and reports for business performance tracking.
- Transform complex financial data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP GR with SAC, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
- Conduct business requirement analysis, mapping processes to SAP GR and SAC functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing and best practices within the SAP GR & SAC practice.
🧱 Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Group Reporting (GR) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Expertise in financial reporting, planning, consolidation, and analytics.
- Proficient in SAC dashboarding, story creation, and application design.
- Ability to analyze financial and operational data for strategic insights.
- Strong understanding of ERP integration, data modeling, and system configuration.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in project delivery, problem-solving, and client advisory.
🎓 Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–6 years of experience in SAP GR, SAC, or finance transformation roles.
- Experience in multi-client projects and complex financial reporting environments preferred.
- Additional certifications in SAP FI/CO, SAC, or Finance Technology solutions are a plus.
