Key Responsibilities
General Duties
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers.
- Analyze business needs and design tailored SAP solutions.
- Ensure high code quality and system performance.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
Development & Technical Duties
- Develop and maintain enterprise applications using SAP ABAP, Java, Oracle, or .NET.
- Perform coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Ensure code conforms to industry standards and ENOC’s internal protocols.
- Conduct peer code reviews and implement continuous improvements.
- Integrate applications with internal systems and third-party platforms.
- Ensure compliance with Change Control Procedures across dev/test/prod environments.
Operational Support
- Support custom and packaged applications during and after deployment.
- Collaborate with operations for issue resolution and post-deployment support.
- Update system documentation for upgrades and version control.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and SAP releases.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong coding and debugging skills in ABAP, Java, Oracle, or .NET
- Ability to manage software life cycle from concept to deployment.
- Knowledge of data security, system architecture, and enterprise software frameworks.
- Excellent communication and mentoring capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Industry certifications (preferred): ABAP, Oracle, Java, .NET, MCSD, etc.
- Minimum 2+ years of software development experience.
- Experience in SAP development and enterprise applications is highly desirable.
- Proven background in delivering mission-critical software systems.
