Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development & Implementation
- Develop and deliver custom Salesforce solutions using configuration and platform features.
- Implement Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities, and Industry Cloud solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using SOAP, REST APIs, and platform tools.
- Apply knowledge of Lightning components (LWC/AURA), DevOps, and CI/CD processes.
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, optimizing business processes and operational efficiency.
Project Delivery & Leadership
- Take ownership of assigned workstreams and ensure delivery meets Deloitte quality standards.
- Manage multi-member teams, coordinate project tasks, and mentor junior consultants.
- Prepare requirement documents, system design documents, use cases, test plans, and training manuals.
- Conduct client workshops, demos, and solution design sessions.
- Identify workstream risks, resolve issues, or escalate appropriately to engagement leadership.
Innovation & Best Practices
- Apply awareness of emerging Salesforce trends and global technologies to enhance client solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within business functions.
- Contribute to Deloitte initiatives and knowledge-building in Salesforce domain expertise.
Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Platform development.
- Strong expertise in LWC, AURA, Lightning, DevOps, CI/CD, and Salesforce integration.
- Knowledge of Heroku, e-commerce integrations, and AI-powered Salesforce solutions preferred.
- Excellent communication, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field from a premier institute.
- 6–7 years of experience in Salesforce development, consulting, or project delivery.
- At least 3–4 end-to-end Salesforce implementations, India or globally.
- Willingness to travel for short and long-term client engagements.
