Key Responsibilities
As a Senior SailPoint Specialist at EY, you will:
- Drive Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) projects, including project management, team leadership, and client engagement.
- Lead the end-to-end IAM SDLC lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Design and configure SailPoint IIQ & IDN solutions including:
- Identity profiles and source configuration
- Rule and workflow development
- Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes
- Password synchronization and certification campaigns
- Onboard applications (AD, JDBC, web services) into IIQ/IDN platforms.
- Deploy and configure SailPoint Virtual Appliances (VA) with high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) setups.
- Configure and maintain IQService in both cloud and on-premises environments.
- Develop custom solutions such as quick links, workflows, reports, service account management modules, and plugins.
- Integrate SailPoint with third-party tools like ServiceNow and CyberArk.
- Perform IIQ installation, setup, upgrades, and version migrations.
- Ensure IAM solutions comply with EY security standards, client requirements, and governance frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Hands-on expertise in SailPoint IIQ and IDN architecture, development, and deployment.
- Strong experience across the full IAM project lifecycle.
- Proven ability to design and implement identity solutions in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, JDBC, and web service integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Professional IT / Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, SailPoint certification, etc.).
- Experience with ServiceNow, CyberArk integration, and plugin development.
- Familiarity with cloud-based identity deployments.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and manage small teams.
