Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Controller, your main duties will include:
- Managing project commercials and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Preparing budgets, resource profiles, and monitoring actual costs vs. budget.
- Conducting earned value analysis and generating detailed progress reports (weekly/monthly).
- Drafting and maintaining agreements, change control notes, and invoices.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders for approvals and documentation.
- Supporting Project Managers in Business Management System (BMS) activities.
- Developing dashboards and reports in collaboration with the digital team using Power BI.
- Ensuring all project data is stored, standardized, and compliant with company governance.
- Driving process improvements through automation and digital delivery initiatives.
- Communicating effectively with multidisciplinary teams and management.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech); additional qualification in Finance is an advantage.
- Prior experience in design consultancy or project-based roles.
- Strong understanding of project controls, commercial management, and financial principles.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and project documentation systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team environment.
