Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Consultant, you will:
Procurement and Tender Management
- Support clients in managing pending and future tenders, including:
- Preparation and issuance of NIT & TC documents
- Preparation of comparatives and file notes
- Formulation and review of purchase orders and contract documents
Engagement Delivery
- Lead project modules and manage client-facing teams
- Drive project planning, budgeting, and engagement risk management
- Define deliverable content and ensure timely, high-quality project outcomes
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and communicate project updates proactively
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to team members
- Ensure consistent client satisfaction through structured delivery excellence
Project Management & Team Collaboration
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans
- Coordinate across teams to ensure deadlines and milestones are met
- Promote teamwork, recognize performance, and encourage collaboration
- Identify operational risks and propose corrective actions

Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- B.E. / B.Tech. / MBA (from a reputed institute with a strong academic record)
Experience:
- 6–10 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations
- Prior experience as a Buyer / Senior Buyer preferred
- Exposure to SOP preparation, process improvement, and strategic planning
- Strong documentation and report-writing skills
