Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Consulting
- Lead client engagements and specific workstreams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Map current processes, controls, and identify gaps for improvement.
- Design Target Operating Models (TOMs) for future-state processes.
- Support engagement managers with resource planning, project economics, and utilization tracking.
- Execute projects adhering to brand, quality, and client expectations.
Business Transformation & Finance Consulting
- Conduct process transformation, business diagnostics, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Provide insights on budgeting, forecasting, vendor assessment, outsourcing strategies, and shared services setup.
- Support finance function transformation to improve performance and operational effectiveness.
- Contribute to knowledge development, thought leadership, and industry insights.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with client teams and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate industry expertise and solution knowledge, particularly in TMT, life sciences, pharma, or healthcare.
- Ensure compliance with firm standards, policies, and best practices.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree (MBA) in Business Management, Life Sciences, or Pharma from a reputed institute.
- Minimum 2–3 years of consulting experience in relevant industries.
- Expertise in process transformation, finance function optimization, and performance improvement.
- Prior consulting experience preferred with exposure to multi-stakeholder transformation projects.
