Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Consultant – Business Consulting (Finance), you will:
- Lead specific workstreams within client engagements
- Conduct process mapping, diagnostics, and gap analysis to identify areas of improvement
- Design future state operating models (TOMs) for finance and business processes
- Support engagement management activities such as resource planning, project economics, and deliverable quality
- Contribute to thought leadership through articles, industry viewpoints, and knowledge management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with EY’s quality, risk, and brand standards
- Provide consulting expertise in areas such as:
- Process transformation & business diagnostics
- Planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Shared services design, outsourcing/offshoring strategies
- Performance improvement of finance and internal operations
Required Skills & Attributes
- Strong program management, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate and work across multiple client functions
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong professional network and relationship-building skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Postgraduate degree in Business Management (MBA), Life Sciences, or Pharma from a top institute
- 2–3 years of experience in life sciences, pharma, healthcare, or consulting roles
- Experience in business case analysis, performance improvement, process transformation, and finance consulting
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the life sciences/healthcare sector
- Prior consulting experience (preferred)
