Key Responsibilities
- Own strategy and requirements for innovative merchant offer structures, including eligibility, funding, and transaction criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple product lines to workshop and implement solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee platform enhancements, updates, and campaigns.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in product development, technology, or consulting with exposure to large-scale program and product management.
- Proven experience working in matrixed organizations and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and make data-driven product decisions.
- Experience partnering with technology teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and sales enablement platforms.
- Ability to prioritize new features while balancing cross-functional stakeholder needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with technical products and understanding of complex tech stacks.
