Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers to identify new product opportunities based on user research and market analysis.
- Analyze the impact of product features on upstream and downstream processes across account opening products.
- Support data collection, journey mapping, and customer feedback analysis to enhance the strategic product roadmap.
- Track and evaluate product metrics, including time, cost, and quality across the product development lifecycle.
- Write requirements, epics, and user stories, maintaining JIRA hygiene.
- Create data mappings to ensure accurate service data transfer and documentation.
- Assist in onboarding new services to data stores, monitor operational health, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives across the Account Opening environment.
- Define acceptance test criteria in JIRA and create automated tests using BDD/TDD approaches.
- Develop diagrams such as class, sequence, flow, and activity diagrams using Confluence, VISIO, or similar tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product management or related domain.
- Strong knowledge of the product development lifecycle and experience in discovery, requirements definition, and delivery.
- Working knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
- Experience using Agile methodologies and JIRA toolkit for product delivery.
- Ability to translate complex technical ideas into business language.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development companies.
- At least 2 years of experience in Financial Technology, data analysis, or management.
- Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst or Product Manager.
- Experience writing Agile user stories and creating dashboards.
- Strong verbal and written communication, capable of fostering collaboration with Scrum teams.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
