Key Responsibilities
- Input and process employee data in SAP HRMS to provide accurate HR information.
- Execute complex HR transactions, including eligibility checks and reconciliations.
- Interface with customers to resolve HR-related questions and compensation issues.
- Generate reports and perform data reconciliations across HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with client policies and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with upstream and downstream processes to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Conduct system testing when required.
- Support contact centers by providing solutions according to policy guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years in HR, with minimum 1 year in Core HR & Issue Resolution in IT/ITES organizations.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP HRMS and MS Excel.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree; MBA in HR preferred.
- Professional Skills: Excellent oral and written communication in English, strong numeracy, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex HR issues and propose robust solutions.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Customer Service: Strong skills to resolve issues at all organizational levels.

- Core HR experience excluding recruitment.
- Familiarity with rotational shift work.
