Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager – Tax BPS, you will:
- Lead end-to-end management of finance, accounts, and payroll outsourcing client engagements.
- Deliver service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) ensuring exceptional service quality.
- Drive deployment of innovative technology solutions to optimize BPS operations and improve efficiency.
- Manage client relationships, acting as a key liaison between partners, teams, and clients.
- Mentor and lead teams, fostering a culture of growth, excellence, and accountability.
- Spearhead business development initiatives by presenting service offerings and acquiring new clients.
- Oversee client project delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA, or ICWA (CMA) qualified.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, tax operations, or business process outsourcing.
- Strong technical expertise in finance, tax, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
- Proficiency in BPS technologies and finance automation tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and presentation capabilities.
- Strong business acumen and client management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
