Key Responsibilities
As an EY Senior Manager – Digital Manufacturing & IoT, you will:
- Define and implement digitization strategies for global supply chains and manufacturing networks.
- Lead projects in MES, IoT, Industry 4.0 solutions, and advanced analytics.
- Drive deployment of IIoT platforms and ensure seamless integration across manufacturing sites.
- Partner with technology teams to deliver end-to-end digital transformation initiatives.
- Design global rollout plans for digital manufacturing use cases and frameworks.
- Provide leadership in deploying Control Tower solutions, RPA, AI, ML, Data Science, and Data Engineering.
- Collaborate with plant operations and SCM teams to enable data-driven insights and visualization tools.
- Oversee RFPs/POVs and present thought leadership in digital manufacturing.
Skills & Attributes for Success
- Proven expertise in Digital Manufacturing (MES, IoT, Industry 4.0).
- Strong project management and client engagement skills.
- Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Effective communication and ability to work with global teams.
- Analytical mindset with exposure to R, Python, and advanced data tools (preferred).
Qualifications
Must Have
- 13–20 years of experience in MES, IoT, RPA, AI, or Cognitive Technologies.
- Hands-on experience with at least one platform: Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, OpenSpan, Pega, Watson, Gen AI, IBM Bluemix, Amazon Lex, Kore.
- Deep domain expertise in 2–3 industries such as Life Sciences, CP&R, AM&M.
- Strong leadership in managing global transformation projects.
Good to Have
- Exposure to Analytics (R, Python).
- Experience in driving digital manufacturing governance models.
- Ability to design and implement operating frameworks for digitization.
