About the Role

As a Senior Manager or Manager in Deloitte’s Turnaround & Cost Transformation team, you will work as a core member of global Value Creation Services (VCS) and Turnaround & Restructuring (T&R) teams. You will support and lead strategic consulting projects focused on revenue enhancement, EBITDA improvement, cost optimization, and post-merger value realization across UK, Europe, Middle East, and Canadian markets.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Enhancement

• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competition to identify growth areas
• Develop and execute pricing strategies and market penetration plans
• Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to boost revenue KPIs

EBITDA Improvement & Cost Optimization

• Conduct detailed financial diagnostics to identify profit improvement levers
• Design and implement operational efficiency and margin improvement initiatives
• Execute cost transformation programs across business units

Strategic Value Scan

• Lead comprehensive organizational assessments to uncover value creation opportunities
• Benchmark performance against industry standards to uncover strategic gaps
• Drive process enhancements and recommend system improvements

Post-Merger Integration (PMI) & Turnaround

• Support large-scale post-merger integration initiatives
• Work with senior stakeholders to implement target operating models
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and synergy realization

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics; MBA preferred
• Minimum 6–10+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, M&A advisory, or turnaround roles
• Deep understanding of financial metrics, operational KPIs, and cost optimization methodologies
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research platforms (Capital IQ, Bloomberg, etc.)
• Ability to analyze business models and develop transformation roadmaps
• Experience leading project teams and interacting with C-level stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CA / CFA / CPA or MBA from a top-tier institute
• Experience working in a Big 4 advisory, strategy consulting firm, or investment banking
• Prior exposure to cross-border restructuring, PMI, or performance improvement projects
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work under pressure
