🎯 Key Responsibilities

Internal Audit Process

• Plan, execute, and report internal audits across multiple business units and locations
• Define audit programs aligned with client processes
• Lead process discussions and perform audit procedures per industry standards
• Validate audit observations in collaboration with client process owners
• Draft comprehensive audit reports per defined standards

Internal Controls Uplift & Transformation

• Conduct risk assessments to identify material entities, processes, and controls
• Perform gap assessments through workshops, process discovery, and policy reviews
• Design and implement control transformations to address identified gaps
• Lead control walkthroughs, inquiries, and assessments of control effectiveness
• Summarize control gaps, recommendations, and test results in final reports

🛠️ Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong experience with MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and MS Word
• Basic ERP knowledge: SAP, Oracle (for audit purposes)
• Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage dynamic projects and changing priorities
• Experience with global clients or projects (preferred)
• Project management skills (desirable)

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (BBM / BBA / BCom) and/or Master’s Degree (MBA/MCom) from accredited institutions
• Qualified CA / ACCA / CPA / CIA® preferred
• 3 to 5 years of internal audit and internal control design/transformation experience in Big 4 or consulting firms
